1. What kind of Patchouli is in our products?

We use Dark Indonesian Patchouli Essential Oil in all our patchouli products. Any product with Patchouli Oil in it is sourced from the same Patchouli oil. There are different patchouli oils out there. We specialize in the earthy toned dark patchouli. This patchouli has zero sweet tones to it.

2. Are our products 100% natural?

As much as we’d like to offer 100% natural products, we don’t. We do source though all of our ingredients from safe, cruelty free companies. Our products have many natural ingredients but are not 100% natural.

3. How fast do we ship out orders?

Orders generally ship in 2 business days from the time you purchase. We pride ourselves in quick shipping. We use USPS as our shipping carrier and always provide a tracking number. Unfortunately, we have no control over your order once it has been picked up by the USPS. En route shipping generally takes 2-5 business days for delivery.

4. Do we process returns or refunds?

Yes we do allow for returns and refunds if it qualifies under our return policy. Please view our return policy for details.

5. Does Patchouli Garden offer sales and coupons?
